Scary ***** customer support

This is the second Helopeter complaint on this poorly managed service centre

I was told my number will be changed by now,18 days later so I could use the app which i am not longer interested in, they are shambolic, however I was called by 2 account managers and was reassured today my contact number was updated and still nothing 3 hours later, I called and spoke to a very illiterate consultant Lihho or something like that, cant believe someone like her is allowed to take calls without supervision! GOSH DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
