I am struggling with Fin choice and to get hold of their legal department. I regret the day i made contact with fin choice as now i have an outstanding balance of R10500 in my credit report of which i paid off in 2018 and to this the balance shows as open and have tried to contact Guard risk but nothing is being done...

Their legal department literally put the phone down on me as i explianed my issue and they lady said it's not her problem that the office keeps lying to me about updating my status at credit bereu and if the bereu is lazy and not doing their jib its not her problem but fic choice can not provide proof that they hace closed off my loan so that i can send to bereu myself.... I am struggling to get a homeloan today because of these ****ing people and ***** company. so much for trusting such evil company i regret my decision to ask for a loan from them and my only solution now is to ****ing burn their building because this really ruining my life

and yes i know they dont give a **** as this is not the first complain i lay i just wish this can be sorted and they are going to lie and say their legal department will get back which thye never do. please stop destroying people's lives finchoice and do fair business i will never comeback to yoyr company for a loan closing off chanels to for me to get help from other service providers won't help....... CLEAR MY NAME PLEASE!!!!
