Finchoice is a ****, I had a loan with them so when my bank offered me a consolidation loan they settled my account with Finchoice but the money is more by R 10 467. They can see they my bank has overpaid and I have been on the phone with them countless time, They take me from pillar to post about the money. I sent them my contract that clearly shows the amount that was paid and their reference number was used. Finchoice has reflected this amount as an extra amount on my profile but refusing to pay my money back. What a ****!
