****ful behavior
I settled my account in 2021 only to be threatened by debt collectors since last month. Once you settle they don't send a settlement letter either. When you call them they refer you back to the debt collectors, who in turn wants a settlement letter, its non stop nonsense with them. Once you get in, they don't leave you alone despite settling! This company is a ****!!!!
