Same day payout...lie! 24hour processing...lie!

Did an application on Friday around 11am. The website says same day payout if done before 1pm. Also, status shows, once at vetting department gice it 24 hours to process. Mandate confirmed, documents uploaded. Said to download app to monitor status of app. Everytime I log in app shows a different application, for different amounts done on different days, none of which I app**** for. Have to log in and out continuously to see my actual app. Lastly, phoned like 6 times already to get an update. Was even told they have sent a request for a call back. None received yet. It's been over 48 hours, no outcome given yet but mandate on my bank acc already in effect before I've even been given a loan. Every other co I dealt with, only upon accepting and processing the loan did the mandate and that just before payout. Wondering just how legit this co is.
