Ruining my credit score
These guys are ruining my credit score. I need to relocate but I'm struggling to get housing due to the fact that they aren't allocating my payments correctly, it states that I've last made a payment on the 6th month. Even though I have a debit order set up for the payments.
This is unacceptable, I might not get approved for housing because of this!
