Rude staff
I received a call from a very rude lady today 25.01.2022 around 12:50 from a ***, telling me I have activated a funeral policy from the mobile App, it's a pity I didn't get her name as she put the phone down on my ear and never wanted to listen to what I'm saying.
Please listen to that call as she needs couching
