Rude consultant

I am currently on maternity leave and waiting for my UIF claim to be finalised. After numerous calls I received yet another call today at 12:09 from a consultant asking me about my loan repayment, I explained to him as I explained to the other consultants that I am on maternity leave and I am unable to make the payments at this time as I am not receiving any source of income, then for some reason he has the audacity to ask me HOW AM I GOING TO SUPPORT MY CHILD IF I DON'T RECEIVE AN INCOME??? As far as I am concerned this has absolutely nothing to do with him. I know I have an obligation to tepay my loan and I tend to do so as soon as I receive money. What is the use of making notes on your system if you keep phoning everyday? I am still baffled by the remark from the consultant. Get your consultants some training in how to treat and speak to your clients.
