Rude consultant!!

Wow a disrespect, I was called by the lady called Primrose super rude, I was told I have missed my instalment as I have a loan with them, it means I got paid on a different date as per any other financial institution THEY ARE THE ONES to normally give me a call to tell they’ll deduct early, but these ones didn’t I then accepted that, she was very rude insisting that I should have called them???????? I don’t wana pay their money… like how? I’m one person whose been doing loans and paying accordingly but with this one is nonsense. I’m disappointed I will NEVER ADVICE ANYONE TO TAKE LOAN to be assisted by people likes her, finchoice needs to be careful of people like her by dragging the company down, I’m sure the institution would like to grow and be as big as others but if y’all still have people like her it’s gonna be hard. I ended hanging up on her because she was even raising her voice. I’ve checked you’lls reviews BAD BAD….. I hope it changes because SHOCKING!!!
