Rude consultans

Your collection consultants are so rude that one would think that they are cut from the same cloth. I just received a call from your rude consultant trlling me my debit order bounced and even after i told her that i stopped the payment because i made eft already, instead of her telling i was supposed to send my proof of payment she rudely tell me what i can fo or not do to my account, i am so glad it was my last debit order, I will never do business with you again, i will take my business somewhere else, please teach your collection consultants some telephone etiquette and communication skills.
