Rude and unprofessional consultant Sethu

Finchoice consultant whom I spoke to and not she was not able to provide accurate information regarding my Monimoney application as he said that is has failed due to security verifications, when I asked what verifications are that she said I work for the bank I should know this things and failed to provide those specifics and said I don’t qualify while online says I do qualify, 1stly I had to ask the consultant to raise her voice as her voice was very like she does not want to talk , 2ndly no effort made and she was impatient with me , and lastly she just hang the call on me when further probed for reasons, I was left talking alone on the phone like an idiot, Sethu is the name of the consultant who made me idiot , rude and unprofessional.
