<p>I have been in contact with finchoice since August 2016 spoke to Nobasha ***. e-mailed documents regarding medical disability and to have credit protection plan implemented to pay off my premiums due. documents e-mailed.to ********** repeatedly every agent that called regarding the account confirmed no documents received e-mailed again on 23 September 2016 ref 153944 confirmed docs received. then spoke to Ronette *** docs received also spoke to Nobasha on 6/9/16 *** spoke to sndinisa *** also sent docs again on 20/9/16 Ronette and Sabina and Charles and Chris and Eugene and ayla van rooyen qnd shamitato date I have not 'received positive feedback grading my premiums being paid by the insurance taken I have asked to speak to a manager to no avail I have been given every excuse I have reached a dead end with finchoice and the fact that they ****** money for insurance which does not apply on your account...bunch of *******.</p>
