****** for 5 months

Im a regular customer of homechoice so when i got introduced to Finchoice i had no doubt about them. I was offered a contract for a phone and tablet early September 2014 which i took out with them. I then also took out insurance on both the tablet and phone. Late September my tablet fell and its screen cracked and because i had insurance i called and asked if they will be able to fix it they said yes and came to collect the tablet.Ever since then i havent heard from these people again.I keep calling them to ask but i keep getting referred to different people with no end result. Whats frustrating is these people keep deducting my money every month for a tablet and insurance that im not in possession of.This is ****************!
