Ridiculous time delay
I am very frustrated with FinChoice. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never had any issues with a reloan. This time however it has been more than a week and 5 telephone calls and still no pay out. Every time I phone they say that they tried to reach me but I have received no calls. Then they say they will call again and I even gave an alternative number but still no feedback. This is ridiculous.
