Retrenchment insurance not paid out

It's September and I find myself so frustrated that from April till now my retrenchment policy is still not done after several complains nobody has bothered to call and resolve this query. This is my last complain I'm send as I can't keep on wasting my energy on this. You guys keep on debiting my account yet you know I'm retrenched and getting uif. I was paying this account with no hassles but it's not my fault I got retrenched and are suffering now. If nobody resolves this in the next 24 hours I will send this to ombudsman as this is unfair.
