Retrenchment but Credit Life do not exist

Good day I never thought that I would ever have to do this. Finchoice are absolutely unprofessional. Last year something bad happened to me and I could not make full payment on my accounts. I contacted NCB abd they said I must contact Finchoice and explain my situation which I did. Every 2 months I will send them letter and explain to them that I am still not able to make full payment but I have kept to my word with the amount that I payed them. Long story short. To my surprise and bever have I ever thought that this will hppen to me again, as my company handed ne a Retrenchment letter last week oh wow I am still in shock. Not once did Finchoice ever contacted me regarding my letter that I send every 2 months. My contract with them since I started with them said I had Credit Life Insurance now they come wit this ridiculous excuse the acciunt has been handed over to Legal 3 months ago and that dis policy do not apply since when. No where in there contract does it state that if yoy are in arrears or handed over that the will not cover you for that. This is disgusting and yes now i will be worst of tgan what i was before this. Please how do explain this. They did not check my record with them from the day i started with them as i have never skipped payments until last year where i have explained what happened to me now that is nit good enough now that they received my retrenchmebt letter now they play all innocent and full of stories
