Retrenchment

<p>I have a loan with Finchoice, had it for over 6 months and paid my instalment every month, my work recently retrenched me, big big knock down, now I sent all the forms to them for the insurance on the loan, they come back to me stating I knew 6 months ago that I will be retrenched now, how the hec could I know that, and if I knew why would I make debt, now they do not stop phoning me, please sort this out, or I will go the ombudsman.</p>
