Retrenched in 2020 but am being tortured

I had a loan with finchoice for years and was a good client. In Oct 2020 I was retrenched due to reducing staff due to covid. I called them, they requested my retrenchment letter, id and bank statement, which I willingly emailed to them, a number of times mind u. I then started receiving calls from there and I kept repeating that I've sent u the docs uve requested, as I was retrenched. A few months down the line, I keep getting calls from mid and Shapiro and u name it. I keep explaining the same issue, I've given the docs finchoice, as requested. Everyday over 5 ppl call me a day from these lawyers. But today I was just drained, lady called, same explanation. Tell her I'm still not working, I was a good payer, but unfortunately I was retrenched but as soon as I work, I will continue paying. She tells me, well they are going to take legal action. I tell her, it was announced by government during the beginning of covid that ppl can't be blacklisted or handed over if the were laid off due to covid, she tells me, well they are going g to take legal action against me. I am 56, I am looking for a job. I live with my daughter, who has her own family, eeds me, puts a roof over my head. I cannot expect her to still pay my accounts. 5 to 10 minutes after this woman called, another called about the same account. I suffer with hypertension and I have informed my daughter of how I am being tortured by these people
