Respect my wish and cancel my Funeral policy effective immediately
Good Day
I've sent FinChoice numerous emails and Facebook messages in an attempt to have them cancel my Funeral policy where one of their salesperson **** and said it was compulsory to have it when i took a loan with them until I had a look at their funeral policy T&Cs I'm disappointed. They've since said they will give me a call from Monday the 1st March 2021. I've since called them every day to no available been taken from pillar to post. Would i wanna repeat business with them?No! Would i refer anyone to them?No
