request for settlement letters
I requested settlement letters yesterday at 15:45 and has not received them.
I don’t think I will want to use your services again, don’t understand if its your inexperienced staff or their attitude.
This is unnecessary inconvenience and not pleased at all, Yesterday I spoke to Lovuyo, she asked a whole of questions and she told me I did not get them write I must go back and check my details then call again, REALLY THAT`S PROFESSIONAL ON WHAT LEVEL?
Secondly spoke to Fiona who hang up the call on me while I was explaining what happen, is finchoice a ****ashop?
Thirdly I spoke to Nolita who assisted me and recommend her as star of the day.
