Request for paid up letters

The below two accounts were initially added to a debt review process for which no court order was issued. As the account holder, I settled both the accounts directly with the collection agency.

The two account numbers in question are: ********** **********

The collection agency provided the two attached paid up letters.

The debt councilor however have indicated that the account reference numbers as they appear on the collection agency paid up letters do not match the Finchoice account numbers (as the collection agency allocate their own account numbers to the accounts).

I therefor require a paid up letter from Finchoice confirming and quoting that the Finchoice account ********** and ********** has been paid up in full, so that I can submit this to the debt councilor in order to have my clearance certificate issued.
