Request for Legal Department Telephone number.
FinChoice Legal is non-existent. I tried to call and request the lady to transfer me and also at the same time to provide me with a number - Dumb girl said are you ok for me to transfer - I said yes, but give me the number so if the call gets dropped, I can phone back. SHE REFUSED.
All I need is a paid up letter with the right reference number. What incompetence!!!!
