Repeated double debit orders

This is the second month in a row that Finchoice did a double deduction. Last month they did it on an account that only had one payment left. They promised a refund, which never came - so that means that money is lost in the ether. This month they did it AGAIN (on a different account)! The kicker is that these extra debit orders you're willy-nilly taking doesn't reflect on any of my accounts. You're just *****ing my money at this point. I've been a customer for years, and I've never had to battle like this. I'm on a tight budget, I can't afford your wishy-washy deductions. Remove the debit order, and I'll do a monthly EFT instead - at least that way I'll know my money isn't getting lost in the neverland of your accounting system.
