Refund please
My account has a negative balance and finchoice find it difficult to refund me though I sent them my bank statement as Proof of Payment. I don't have anything else as Proof of Payment because I made an electronic transfer.

12 Mar 2020, 17:03FinChoice doesn't wanna improve or maybe we love it more than it loves it's clients. I settled my 24 months loan on the 20th of January 2020, they charged me interest on the 31st of January 2020. I have a - R balance, they don't want to refund me.

I also took a one month loan since they blocked my access to 24 months loan account. I paid the loan same week, I'm due to pay something this month end. What a devastating service from FinChoice. Maybe I'm too stubborn to learn
