Refund my monies Finchoice

I had 2 loans with finchoice. 1 MobiMoney which i paid fully that there was even a refund due to me 2. 6 months loan which they handed me over to SAYA recoveries, I made a payment arrangements with Saya which was deducted monthly in February 2, 2026 they deducted the money but it did not reflect on my loan balance, then I log on my Finchoice account and generated a settlement quote and I settled the account. Then sent proof of payment to Finchoice they ignored me until I phoned them and they told me they can't help me with a handed over account. Then I asked them why did I get settlement quote for this account while it was handed over then. No answer only they can't help, Then refund them money Refund my MobiMoney balance of R533. Refund my settlement quote amount of R462.03 I paid on the 2nd March 2026 I tried settling my account with you and this account is reflecting bad on my credit score
