I have paid the account in August 2019 2.A settlement Letter was handed over to me in September 2019 3 I receive a call that my account was handed over to Nrb solution in December 2019 4. why does my account be handed over to two Groups in the same year and Ive already settled 5 I paid them because I thought Iam paying the existing Loan i have with finchoice. 6. what do i do when its like this.

please assist me as Ive been calling homechoice,finchoice,and creditwors and NRb solutions but i dont get any feedback
