Refund Findchoice BAD SERVICE
I had a loan with Finchoice, and I decided to consolidate my loans. The bank made a settlement payment to them, and so did I, I am in credit with them. I settled the account on the 17th of August 2021, and the the bank made a payment on the 6th of August 2021, I have been trying since the 30th of August 2021 to get a refund from them, and since then I have sent all the documents they requested, and all the call centre can say is that the can escelate my problem, but has no contact with the backoffice. My account is showing in credit, why should I have to wait so long to get my money back??? This is seriously bad service.
