Recless Lending by Finchoice

2 personal loans where **********ly given out by Finchoice on my id in August, after jfinding the incidence on my TransUnion Report i phoned Finchoice to inform that i have never app**** for a loan with , i opened a Case Rosebank Police Station and gave finchoice all the necesary documents to do their own investigations . but its not over 2 months i have not heared any response from them ... According to my findings FinChoice did not request for a Id copy, payslips, or proof of address when this loan was **********ly openned on my name which is called reclesslending , i have since done my own investigation and also found out a Bank account was **********ly openned with Absa bank to ship this funds... absa have ruled Account to ********** after 3 weeks of investigation. Finchoice is threatening to get me listed on ITC for their reclessleding activities . NCA act and FICA was not adhired to when this loan was given out. Since I found out about the incidense I have been phoning Finchoice every week with no Luck, they promised to get ***** department will contact me . so far Finchoice has has not called me not even once , they only send me letters threatening to list with credit Bureau
