Random charges every week that cannot be explained
Every week I look at my account, the total balance seems to be increasing but does not reflect on the statement. When you call into the call centre, the agents are rude and unhelpful. The balance displayed on my statement is different to what is on my Finchoice profile. What are these ‘’extra’’ charges? Why are they displaying on my statement? The best thing to do is to consult with a legal person. Once this loan is closed, I will never return.
