Quick to borrow money but poor when it comes to admin, updating client's bureau

The problem with Finchoice is that they are not efficient when it comes to updating their client's details with the credit bureaus.They still expect you to constantly call their customer service departments and constantly request that they update with the credit bureaus.

I think it is either staff incompetence and the institution deliberately does not prioritise the impact and importance of updating its client's records with the credit bureaus because they know that their clients will be tied up due to adverse credit information records and won't be able to get any credit with other institutions.

I urge all consumers who have borrowed from this institution to take it upon themselves to call the credit bureaus to check their profiles and make sure that any payments, settlements, accounts up-to-date equally reflects correctly with their credit bureaus and If they are not they need to constantly contact Finchoice to prioritise updating records with credit bureaus.

The same enthusiasm Finchoice has when it comes to borrowing should be the same enthusiasm app**** when updating client's records with the credit bureaus.
