Queries remain unresolved at Finchoice

I called the service center 05/12/2020 @ 11:12 and spoke to a Nicole. I needed to understand why they say I am owing R57 since 2015. I have a paid up letter that confirms my accounts are paid up. She refused to assist due to failed authentication, which I respect however I feel consideration of the fact that i had this account more than 5 years ago should be noted.

Failing the security questions should be expected, 2015 to 2020 is a long time in between and peoples details change so as a financial institution there should be measures in place for such situations. I am writing this review as a cry for help and to draw the institutions attention to the appalling level of service I received from Nicole. Not only did she then put me on hold while I was talking to her for no reason, she did not even apologize. The tone she gave me was abrupt and disrespectful. She refused to let me speak to a manager to report what she has done and refused to give me her surname or reference number for the call. This clearly means my enquiry was not logged and will not be attended to.

So with that being said I expect no further phone calls or notifications from Finchoice about this outstanding balance and will never recommend Finchoice to anyone purely based on the level of service I received today.
