Putride delayed service

I had a loan with finchoice which I paid off in January.I app**** for some items with homechoice which is a partner of finchoice and afte rlogging a complaint about not getting my goods was i told it is because I still owe finchoice.No contact was made and the legal company I made payment to which was nrb disappeared.I now am not able to get credit with homechoice and I don't have a paid up letter.When I call there I don't get through the legal department and this account does not show on my credit record.
