Privacy and confidentiality not maintained
I app**** for a loan with finchoice on the 10th of May 2024, the application remained in process until the 15th of May. The an agent called my husband's number not mine requesting to speak to me and I was unavailable because I have my own contact number, next thing I know my profile is blocked and I cannot continue with the application. The level of unprofessionalism and the private questions they asked my husband assured me that they do not follow the POPIA ACT!!!!
