I lodged a complaint with these guys on 22/07/2023. Till this day I have not been assisted with my complaint. Their customer service gives bad service and according to a lady Thandeka asking you about your finances is part of security questions.
This people at Finchoice went and conducted an enquiry on my credit background without my consent which is affecting my credit score and credit record. I have brought the matter to their attention but it is like it is not been taken seriously. Please be cautious and steer clear from them!!!!!!!. Their service is really poor.

09 Aug 2023, 19:59I already spoke to someone by the name of Remi who told me the matter was escalated to the business analyst so I am sure what you will be investigating. Your reply clearly shows that there is no communication internally. How will you resolve a complaint without my information? You are replying for the sake of replying!!!!!
