Poor services

Hi. I sent the below email to finchoice 2 days ago, I was told that a top manager will contact me because I requested the C. E. O of finchoice to assist me.... First I was told that they can't assist me without considering there below so I request the C. E. O to contact me, I'm still waiting. Please attend to my matter or I'll log complaints until I'm being assisted,

I would like to explain the following,

I've been a loyal finchoice and homechoice customer for years now, my accounts was never in arrears with you guys,

I believe that I've got a good track record with finchoice as well as with homechoice(please look at the history of the two accounts),

I have the following request,

I need a Personal Loan of R20 000 over a period which you will decide,

My homechoice account is paid up and I've got one month's payment left on my 3 month's personal loan,

Can you please process the request as soon as possible, because I really need it urgently, . Will wait to hear from you,
