Poor service this time around

It has been three days and i still haven't had any feedback on my application. When i call it is always at documents review....

after 4 days and the consultant Remi telling me my loan will be paid this morning as he made sure all documentation was captured, i was told by Remi it is declined.

got a call again, they admitted they were wrong and did another application again. Abby the consultant even said "congratulation you have been approved and will be paid out latest tomorrow" . now i get a call to say they need to cancel it and re do it again because abby was not suppose to do it. Then the call dropped..... and now i am still waiting for a call back.......

day 5 after i got a congratulation and then a cancelled loan and then a call back to say i must apply again..... still waiting
