Poor service for their claimed 72 hours approvals

I app**** for short term loan. Submitted everything required. I consultant told me that she is sending a debit check to approve and thereafter I will receive sms. I wanted two days. I called again another consultant told me that there is something wrong hence the debit check not coming through. She said she have escalated the case to their IT to resolve. I waited for 7 days no answer when I called again another consultant said my application was closed I am must apply again. Finchoice claims that all their application are approved in 72 hours, in my case it’s has been a month and half yet not approved.
