Poor service

My account got handed over, my fault, I know. But once I paid up, they keep referring me to creditworx, and suddenly no one can access my account! No one in the Leagal department or at creditworx is willing to help me! They can phone you 10 times a day over R60, but once you contact them they just don't give a ****.
