Poor service and communication

I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. The system is disorganized, and the communication has been consistently poor throughout. To make matters worse, the service provided is far from acceptable. It’s truly disappointing, and I would not recommend this to anyone. If I could rate this less than one star, I certainly would.
