Poor service

I app**** for a loan with fin choice and set a date for them to debit out of the bloom they just debited on their own date I’ve been debited twice in one month. I called and the agent said a refund shall be made within 24 hours. I made a follow up and I was told that they are still busy, still busy with what? As tomorrow is the 31st then we on holiday again. This is very unprofessional why debit on a date I haven’t authorized. I regret applying with fin choice
