poor service

They debited my account after i settled the loan i took with them now they giving me a run around , have been calling and sending emails requesting a refund but have received no assistance ,please see email below

I have been calling since Monday to have this issue resolved and would like to be assisted urgently as i no longer have patience and time to keep calling and repeating myself

In october 2018 i took a kwik advance of R800 to be repaid on the 29th of October 2018 however i got paid early then anticipated and requested a settlement letter then after i did an eft of R976 and emailed proof of payment attached below .A Naedo debit order went of on Sunday after i have settled my kwik advance .On monday i called to explain what has happened and requested a refund i was told my eft payment was not reflecting should call back on Tuesday of which i did and explained my situation was told payment is reflecting will be refunded ,yesterday i called was told proof of payment was not linked to my account should resend proof of payment today since the morning have been calling and getting no joy .

May i please have a refund of R976 for the over payment on my kwik advance .
