POOR SERVICE!

Hi,<br> I am not happy with the service I got from Fin Choice. I requested the final payment letter, first two consultants mentioned that it will take 45 minutes for me to receive the letter, the third consultant told me that it will take 2 hours to receive the letter. The consultants are gave me different information.<br> Why would it take forever to receive the final payment letter.<br> <br> Mabeela...did not even want to listen to me, she was forever talking with a very bad tone and did not want to give me a chance to talk.<br> I asked to speak to the supervisor or the manager but she said all the managers and supervisors are in a meeting...I mean really there must be a second in charge.<br>
