Poor customer service & ********* business practice.
Poor customer service, the agents are rude! The environment is unprofessional as there is loud background noise so loud that I cannot communicate with the agent on the line. The sales consultants do not give full information about their products which is a bridge of the set laws for credit providers. They are not treating their customer`s fairly as per the FAIS Act and also not informing the customer of the agree as per the NCA.
Avoid doing business with them by all means.
