Poor Customer Service

Seems to be a struggle when it comes to this company after paying off everything, I paid my loan in full last year already got a paid up letter but account still reflects under in areas on my CREDIT SCORE!!! such pathetic service from the Finchoice team sending me from pillar to post after countless of calls first I was advised to contact the credit bureau which they advised Finchoice needs to update systems on their side in order for this to reflect as closed on my credit report however they haven't been keen in doing so after a whole ****** year which has blocked me to apply for ANYTHING!!!! CAN SOMEONE WHO HAS A HEART AND KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB PLEASE ASSIST WITH THIS!!!!
