Poor client service

Good day All I would hereby just like to state my grievance I experienced with this company. I bought myself a laptop from this company but whilst having it I experienced some faults with the laptop. I then send it to them for repairs but they send it back to me still with the same problems.

After the second time I sent it back to them again but they didn't return it back to me. Ok. But now my main anger was How the hell can they subtract a monthly fee of R400.20 for a product which is no longer in my possession. I then have no benefit of having it but debit orders goes off every month.

Now they have handed me over to lawyers to pay fees!!! I will not in a hell pay that lawyer's fee because they did not inform me about any information regarding the way forward.

I cannot recommend this company for any one for future reference. Its disgusting. Poor service no clear communication on how things stand.

Now its very difficult for me to get any loans by banks or other companies.

I hope someone can help me what to do in this regard.
