POOR CALLCENTRE STAFF

I called in and spoke an illiterate agent name lusanda,i wanted to apply for a loan,but she kept telling me she cant hear me and im speaking fast,i was talking at a snail pace,i believe she wanted to just get me off the call,i requested a teamleader because she was choosing what she wanted to hear,everything else she couldn't hear,he tells me no teamleader or manager available,in a meeting,wanted my details for a call-back just after she confirmed them-poor service
