POOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL SKILLS
I inquired whether I could pay my full loan by the end of next month, rather than last month. They keep on calling me despite me telling them that I'm busy and that they should EMAIL ME ONLY! It's clear that the consultants lack ATTENTION TO DETAIL SKILLS, as they cannot follow a straight forward request.
