PleaseHelp me to cancel Finchoice application, they are not honest

Please I need help. I app**** for a loan online this month, and after I attached documents on their online portal, they sent me an email that I must email them to. After that they never told me whether I qualify for loan or not, they kept sending remibder that after certain dayas the loan request will expire and I must upload documents which I already did. and their process want you to do a debi-check even before you know whether you qualify for loan or you are declined, yesterday I received a message that my application expired and I should do a new one. I did and the new one also require new debicheck which I have not accpted yet. they sent an sms seeing that i am not accepting a new debcheck that if I do not accept they will do so themselves with my bank FNB, I need to cancel the apploictaion all together because I do not want a situation where i will get debited for instalments of loan I never received or even be notified that I qualified or not. my number is *** ***.

I have seen reviews that shows they have debited money from people so many times without receiving the loan.. When i first quired this with Gloria from Finchoice she said if the loan is not paid they wont take the money but i am sceptical and worried because of the service I have received from them so far. Please help me for ful cancelation because we are at month end now, and they are not telling me the application outcome.
