Please update with ITC

Good day<br> <br> Please update as i did pay or settle the full amount with you but 2 months passed and i was not handed over or garnished but my status is not updated wth ITC which i don't understand why.I do understand that i skip two months before i paid you but i will appreciate if this can be sorted out.
