Please update the credit bureaus

Good day<br> <br> I'm writing here because I'm desparate for someone to help me, I have settled the account that was handed over to Shapiro Shaik for collection when I was retrenched at work. I have settled the account on the 1 Dec 2015 and according to them only Finchoice can update the credit bureaus, when I called Finchoice on their system it still shows the account is still outstanding. I called Shapiro Shaik again and they are now telling me that they only notify Finchoice once a month of accounts that have been paid up and they have already done so this month. They will forward the list again in Jan and I can't wait that long, I don't have a settlement letter yet but I do have an acknowledgement email from them stating that my account is paid up. SOMEONE FROM FINCHOICE PLEASE HELP UPDATE ITC.<br> <br> Regards
